MiraCit was born out of a vision to invest in the people and potential of Columbus’s Northeast Side. We develop housing and launch initiatives that respond to the lived experiences of our community—because we believe the best development starts with listening, and is led by love.

For over 20 years, we’ve worked to revitalize the Mock Road corridor—transforming blighted properties into homes, jobs, schools, and spaces where families can thrive. From affordable housing and early education to grocery access and green space, MiraCit has always led with one question in mind: What does this neighborhood need to flourish?

Our roots trace back to Living Faith Apostolic Church, where the call to action became clear: it was time to build—not just buildings, but belonging. Through our development arm, we’ve collaborated with public and private partners to generate impact that is visible, measurable, and deeply personal for the communities we serve.

Today, MiraCit continues to imagine new possibilities—where safe, stable, and affordable living is a right, not a privilege; where development doesn’t displace, but restores; and where every resident feels seen in the blueprint of their neighborhood’s future.
