Jeaneen Hooks, Executive Director

Jeaneen Hooks is a community development leader dedicated to restoring neighborhoods and expanding opportunity through housing, entrepreneurship, and collaborative investment. As Executive Director of MiraCit Development Corporation, she leads initiatives that unite public, private, and faith partners to strengthen local economies and build resilient communities across Columbus. Her work centers on development that restores dignity and creates pathways to long-term prosperity.

Sharon A. Francis, Chief Financial Officer

Sharon Francis serves as Chief Financial Officer of MiraCit Development Corporation, providing strategic financial leadership through oversight of budgeting, compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting. With decades of experience in community development and small business support, she brings deep institutional knowledge that helps guide the organization’s continued growth and mission advancement.


Matthew Glover, Director of Community Partnerships & Development

Matthew Glover serves as Director of Community Partnerships and Development for MiraCit Development Corporation, where he works with business and institutional partners to advance community and economic development initiatives. With more than 14 years of experience in CRA strategy, lending, and project development, he focuses on building partnerships that expand opportunity and strengthen underserved communities.

Guy Mabry, Programming and Housing Counselor

Guy C. Mabry Sr. serves as Programming and Housing Counselor for MiraCit Development Corporation, where he develops and leads housing stability, financial literacy, and workforce training programs. Through housing counseling, homebuyer education, and resource navigation, he helps individuals and families build pathways to homeownership and long-term financial wellness.

Chantal Green, Compliance and Administrative Support Specialist

Chantal Green serves as Compliance and Administrative Support Specialist for MiraCit Development Corporation, where she ensures MiraCit maintains full compliance with funding, reporting, and documentation requirements while providing high-level administrative assistance to the leadership team.
